Eyvonna Kaye (Vinson) Fuller, 76, of Cleveland, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at Belton Regional Medical Center in Belton, Missouri. A Celebration of Life will be held from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday, April 15, 2023 at Cleveland Christian Church.

She went by Kaye to friends and family. Kaye was born May 11, 1946, in Poplar Bluff, Missouri to Maxine Hazel Austin and Harold Enoch Vinson. She attended Broseley, Missouri, grade school and high school. She graduated from Ruskin High in Kansas City, Missouri, in 1964. Kaye married Leland Fuller on Jan 18, 1969. Kaye worked at BMA Insurance for 20 years. She was an avid fan of the Kansas City Chiefs and NASCAR.

As an excellent writer who cared about civil responsibilities, she wrote unifying letters to Congress. In her gentle, yet convincing way, she reminded them of their duties and often achieved impressive results with her powerful words. Kaye taught the principles of hard work, integrity, loyalty, and leadership, in how she lived and cared for her community. She was the matriarch to her immediate and extended family, but a mother figure to many.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Maxine Vinson; her husband, Leland Fuller; her brother, John Randall Vinson (Randy); granddaughter, Melanie Edmundson; and grandson, Dalton Fuller.

She is survived by her two brothers: Harold Ray Vinson and Anthony Craig Vinson (Janice); her four children: Deanna Maxine Edmundson (Guy), Traci LeAnne Fuller (Chad), Shannon Lynn Chandler (Steve), and Jeremy Wayne Fuller. Kaye also leaves behind 11 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, 2 nieces, 4 nephews, and many great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.

Her family gives gratitude to God for the gift of her time on Earth, and to Kaye for the love she shared.

During our remaining time, we hold her in our hearts until we may hold her again in heaven.
