MISSOURI STATE HIGHWAY PATROL

A 19-year-old man suffered minor injuries in a one-vehicle accident at 3:05 p.m. Friday, July 9, on Highway T, one half-mile south of Butler County Road 569.

According to the report, Hunter N. Watkins, 19, or Piedmont was southbound on Highway T in a 2016 Dodge Ram when it ran off the left side of the roadway and struck a tree.

Watkins was transported by ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

An 18-year-old man suffered moderate injuries in a two-vehicle accident at 3:30 p.m. Friday, July 9, on Highway 153 in Parma.

According to the report, Nicholas A. Shephard, 28, of Malden was operating a 2004 Lincoln Navigator southbound on Highway 153 when he struck the rear of a southbound 2014 Nissan Altima operated by J’airus J. Burgess, 18, of Parma.

Burgess was taken by ambulance to Southeast Hospital in Dexter.

A 15-year-old juvenile male from Poplar Bluff suffered minor injuries in a one-vehicle accident at 4:50 p.m. Friday, July 9, on Business 67, two miles south of Poplar Bluff.

According to the report, the juvenile was operating a 2005 Kawasaki 650 northbound when it ran off the left side of the roadway and overturned.

The juvenile was transported by private conveyance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

A 75-year-old woman suffered moderate injuries in a one-vehicle accident at 5:38 p.m. Friday, July 9, on Highway P, 11 miles east of Greenville.

According to the report, Patricia M. McAtee was operating a 2011 Dodge Journey westbound on Highway P when it struck a tree in the roadway.

McAtee was transported by ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

A 61-year-old woman suffered minor injuries in a one-vehicle accident at 9:45 p.m. Saturday, July 10, on Highway 60, one-half mile west of Fremont.

According to the report, Sherry L. Bowers, 61, of Clever was operating a 2015 Lincoln MKX eastbound on 60 when it failed to negotiate a curve and went off the right side of the roadway, struck an embankment and overturned.

Bowers refused medical treatment.

Two people suffered minor injuries in a two-vehicle accident at 4:42 p.m. Sunday, July 11, on Highway 53, one mile south of Poplar Bluff.

According to the report, a 17-year-old female juvenile from Qulin was operating a 2015 Kia Soul southbound on Highway 53 when it struck a 2016 Chevrolet Silverado operated by Charles E. Perkins, 69, of Campbell.

Perkins and his passenger, Tammy R. Perkins, 61, of Campbell, suffered minor injuries and both were taken by ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

Thomas L. Brown, 50, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 8:39 p.m. Saturday, July 10, in Butler County on suspicion of the following: felony possession of cocaine, felony tampering with evidence, speeding, no insurance and no seat belt. He was booked at the Butler County jail on a 24-hour hold.

Jami N. Bellew, 49, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 10:20 p.m. Saturday, July 10, in Butler County on suspicion of the following: DWI, failure to drive on the right side of the roadway resulting in a crash and failure to register a motor vehicle. She was released.

Victoria Pertell, 20, of Greenville was arrested at 2:35 a.m. Sunday, July 11, in Butler County on suspicion of the following: DWI and speeding. She was released.

Ethan C. Allen, 28, of Greenville was arrested at 5:02 a.m. Sunday, July 11, in Wayne County on suspicion of DWI. He was released.

Rickie L. Barnett, 56, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 6:36 p.m. Sunday, July 11, in Carter County on a Butler County warrant for larceny and on suspicion of driving while revoked. He was booked at the Butler County jail.

Clinton R. Vannasdale, 54, of Parma was arrested at 7:50 p.m. Sunday, July 11, in Wayne County on suspicion of the following: felony possession of methamphetamine, driving while revoked, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, no insurance and no seat belt. He was booked at the Wayne County jail on a 24-hour hold.

Angela M. Vannasdale, 58, of Parma was arrested at 7:50 p.m. Sunday, July 11, in Wayne County on suspicion of felony possession of methamphetamine. She was booked at the Wayne County jail on a 24-hour hold.
