FREE ACCESS — Ripley County Sheriff’s Department puts out endangered person advisory for 13 year old

The Ripley County Sheriff’s Department is seeking information related to an “endangered person,” according to a release from the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

Hannah N. Hamor, 13, has not been at school since March 5 and her father has not had contact with her for the same amount of time, according to the release. The Ripley County Sheriff’s Department was notified around 1 p.m. Tuesday of the incident.

Hannah was left in the care of Dawn M. Jessup, 35, of Doniphan while her father was out of state, according to the release. Jessup reportedly has blocked Hannah’s father from contact with her. The father reported to law enforcement that Jessup has family in North Carolina, Iowa and Washington state.

According to the release, Jessup’s last known vehicle is a Chevrolet Tahoe or Suburban with an unknown registration from an unknown state.

According to the report, Hannah is a white female, height 5 feet 1 inch and 100 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. Jessup is a white female, height 5 feet 4 inches, 200 pounds, brown hair, green eyes, fair complexion.

Anyone seeing the missing person, suspect, associate, or vehicle, or anyone having any information related to the endangered missing person should immediately dial 911 to contact the nearest law enforcement agency or call the Ripley County Sheriff’s Office at 573-996-2129 or 573-996-5555.
