When is Poplar Bluff going to wake up? City manager Kaplan and city council work for the people. Are you going to just sit back and let them drop $200,000 internet access charges, raise your utility bills by 20 percent over three years and by consensus pay for property? Come on, people. Make them answer to you. It seems that Absheer and DeGaris are the only ones thinking of the people. Thank you.
