Help homeless

Yeah, I'm calling about restoring the depot steps. I think that they should spend money or get donations to help the homeless women and children around here besides building depot steps again. It's retarded. And, it's unfair to the rest of the public. I don't see restoring the depots steps will do any good for homeless women and children. I know you've got a battered shelter for women, but we need a homeless shelter for women and children just like they have for the men. That is unfair to the women and children of this town and I'm sure there are some who can't afford housing or homes so you need to think about that and get off this depot step crap.

Were any senior citizens, you know, the ones that are struggling on social security, reading today's DAR? And did you notice the widely disparaging front page ads about Obama Administration wanting to cuts, deep cuts, in social security and medicare? Raising the medicare premium next year to $130 a month and no doing anything, not even getting near his own political party's third rail by doing anything to medicaid. Yeah, medicaid, you know, that political program they use to buy votes for the Democratic Party. Anybody standing in line waiting for a handout, boy, you're not gonna have to suffer. So, seniors, after you worked hard all your life. Struggled hard to pay your taxes as most on medicaid don't, it is now time to show your displeasure that this arrogant president and vote him and his party out by the bushels. Time now for you to take your vengeance to the ballot box. Next year, it will be a slaughter of the Democratic Party if we could only pull together to do it. Don't you think?

Park needs

bigger bridge

When they built Ray Clinton Park, why didn't they build a bridge to go over it? When they have rodeos in town, trailers have to go to A Highway and three miles the other gravel road to get to the park. I think that's pretty stupid. Thank you.
