VAlentines for Veterans Concert

On Friday February 15, 2019, the Black River Coliseum in downtown Poplar Bluff hosted VAlentines for Veterans. Attendees braved the fierce cold to enjoy country music performances from Rodney Atkins and opening performer, Tiera.
