The first-ever Spc. Scott Garrett Memorial Scholarship was given during Neelyville High School’s graduation ceremony on Saturday. The scholarship was divided between Scott Garrett’s son, Gage Garrett, and his cousin, Brock Davis. It is funded by the Never Quit Alumni Foundation.
