Doyle Keith Albright, Sr. “Buck”, 77 of Glen Allen, Missouri passed away peacefully Sunday, Oct. 8, 2023, at his residence.

Buck was born Nov. 3, 1945, to Clyde and Ethel (Williams) Albright in Risco, Missouri. He married Sharon Louise Allensworth Sept. 6, 1969.

Buck was a member of New Hope General Baptist Church of Ellsinore, Missouri. He was a front-end specialist in the tire and automotive field and retired from Simmons Tire & Automotive in April 2017. He enjoyed working on his cattle farm in Ellsinore until moving to Glen Allen. Aside from cattle farming he enjoyed caring for his mother’s 71-year-old rose bushes that he originally helped plant when he was six years. He loved his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, his Buck is survived by his wife, Sharon Albright; two sons: Randy Albright and Bucky (Shirley) Albright; three daughters: Lois (Doug) Arnzen, Debbie (Chuck) Nelson, Lisa Allensworth; 18 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Survivors also include two sisters: Martha (Jim) Hart and Lois Paul; two sisters-in-law: Sue Albright and Betty Shipman; two brothers: Larry (Lee) Albright and Alvin Albright; three brothers-in-law: George Allensworth, Melvin Allensworth and Art Allensworth along with numerous extended family members, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Buck was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde and Ethel Albright; one grandson, Ryan Duniven; three sisters, Ruth Matthews, Joyce Hemmann, Shirley Albright; two brothers, Jerry Albright and Melvin Shipman; three brothers-in-law, James Matthew, Richard Paul, Charles Allensworth; three sisters-in-law, Georgia Albright, Glenda Allensworth, Margaret Allensworth.

Visitation will be held from 10 – 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 13, 2023, at Cotrell Willow Ridge Funeral & Cremation Services. A Memorial Service will follow beginning at 11 a.m. with Pastor Tom Wilder officiating and final resting place will be at Memorial Gardens, Poplar Bluff, Missouri.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society.
