Danny Hogg

Paul Daniel “Danny” Hogg, 79, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, died Monday, May 2, 2022 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff.

Mr. Hogg was born July 22, 1942 in Poplar Bluff, to the late Paul and Helen Hogg. He graduated from Poplar Bluff High School and was on the school’s golf team. He was a championship golfer. He graduated from SEMO in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. In the late 60s he opened a real estate company and developed the Poplar Bluff Square which included Kmart and Snider’s IGA, along with other commercial buildings.

He is survived by his five children: Carrie (Chris) Jones of Neelyville, Missouri, Danielle Sisson of Poplar Bluff, Paul Michael (Amy) Hogg of Nashville, Tennessee, Mindy (Edwanny) Nivar, of Jacksonville, Florida, and Melissa Hogg of Doniphan, Missouri; 12 grandchildren: Shelby and Wyatt Moon, Parker and Aaron Jones, Briar Thornton, River Sisson, Ace, Bo, Rhett, and Stella Hogg, and Isaac and Lucas Nivar; and one brother, Roger Hogg.
