Anna Holland

Anna May Holland, 83, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, departed this life on April 23, 2023, at her residence.

She was born Dec. 6, 1939, in Neelyville, Missouri to the late Hubert Arthur Cassinger and Opal “Bowman” Cassinger.

She is survived by three children: Ron Spencer, Teresa Sample and Cindy Barnet; grandchildren: Ashley Sample, Jaret Barnet, Samantha Armes, Derek Spencer, Eric Barnet, and Ryan Barnet; as well great-grandchildren: Spencer, Emersyn, and Harper Armes. She is also survived by sisters: Dorothy Mullins, Wanda Wagner, Bonnie Petty, and Darlene Chitwood; and one brother, Tim Cassinger.

She was a member of the Coon Island Pentecostal Church and had been a self-employed restaurant owner.

Visitation for Mrs. Holland will start at 11 a.m. Monday, May 1, 2023, with the funeral following at noon all in the Fowler and Sons Funeral Home at Neelyville, Missouri. Burial will be in the Coon Island Cemetery with Pastor Bobby Quin officiating.
