Shannon was born Feb. 11, 1980, to Robert and Olivia Wallace of Poplar Bluff.

Visitation will be held from noon to 1 p.m. Friday, April 7, 2023, at Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home. The service will be at 1 p.m.
