Be considerate

Back in September, I went to the Black River Coliseum and purchased two front row floor and four bottom row bleacher tickets for the Gary Allan concert in November. Everyone working at the Coliseum was super nice, helpful and considerate. The night of the concert I ask one of the security guards if fans were going to be allowed to stand by the stage. I was told fans could come and take pictures but would have to return to their seats. No one would be allowed to stand in front of the stage blocking others view. Halfway through the concert several rude and obnoxious fans would not go back to their seat even though the security guard ask them many times to go sit down. They ignored the security guards request. I was disappointed with all the inconsiderate adults. I had to stand up but was still unable to see Gary Allan perform. We left before the concert was over. Shame on rude fans who think only of themselves. Everyone at concerts should be able to enjoy the show. (Sent by mail)

Turn on lights

This is the 13th of December and it is raining real hard and there are several cars out here that do not have their lights on and I've almost hit a few of them. And I guess these cars were made before lights were made or the people are right down ignorant because there is a law you are supposed to have your lights on when it's raining. And so I guess these people don't understand english. Think about it, your insurance would have to pay for my car being destroyed, not yours.

Neelyville finances

Neelyville school district audit shows finances very healthy. Showed a incredible surplus amount of funds and revenue. And this after every year for the past several years they've done their level best to get the taxpayers to approve increases in taxes that they don't need. So what were they planning on doing with this extra revenue they were trying to get people to approve for them? You know there's something really wrong with the picture when you got on the one hand they're cryin' the blues they don't have enough money and on the other hand when they get audited and they're very healthy. I feel like I've been lied to repeatedly by the school district. Maybe it's time to shut 'em down and consolidate with Poplar Bluff. Build the ball field that'll flood with mud. Bye now.
