It's economics

not location

The location of City Hall should be an economic decision, not an emotional decision. City Hall will not revitalize downtown. The MAACO Apartments didn't do it. Having a Downtown Revitalization Coordinator hasn't done it. Having festivals hasn't done it. City Hall won't do it. Nostalgia is not a good reason to go into debt millions of dollars more for a location much smaller than what can be obtained for much less money.

Yes, I'm calling about the Myrtle's Place. Before that it was Willie's Cafe. It had good chili and good chili dogs. Thank you.

Hwy. 160 road

signs confusing

Yes, I am calling in about the road signs on 160 Hwy. Uh, MoDOT you need to take a look! You have signs that says "lane end in 2400 ft", "merge to the left" and on you have some that say the same thing except "merge to the right". Which is it? Do ya merge to the left or do ya merge to the right? You know it's illegal to pass somebody on the right so you need to get your act together before youns have a bad accident. Thank you so much.
