In reference to Black History Month. As long as the African-Americans continues to look over their shoulder to their past, they will continue to meet obstacles to their future.

Low income makes a bad neighbor?

What makes Rick Brittingham feel that because you don't have a lot of money you would make a bad neighbor? And, also if he's concerned about his tenants moving maybe he should lower their rent. They might want to move into the low income housing project. Thank you.

Cats still here

Yes, I was calling to tell the lady who asked about all those cats. They are still over there at that house. When they took that woman in. Some of the cats are still outside. No one has picked them up as far as I know. It doesn't look like it anyway. They are still there at that house. Thanks.
