Why does city charge fee for

online payment?

[EMAIL] Municipal Utilities Poplar Bluff. Why do you charge 1.25 to pay on line? No other bill paying on line charge a fee. I pay my bill by calling the office and pay by credit card. This ties up personnel that could be doing other duties.

Calm down, let others have a say

Yes, I would like this to be printed. We have called in several times. This lady needs to know this. There's a group of ladies that plays cards, goes to movies, has lunch and enjoys each other's company just having girl talk and girl time. But a person in this group always has a conversation over everyone by talking about her grandchildren. Everyone loves their grandchildren and everyone thinks their grandchildren are great! But we are here just to enjoy ourselves, have a good time -- our grandchildren are loved immensely, we haven't forgotten them. So I hope this lady will kinda calm down and let others have their say. Thank you.
