Fisk Community Betterment Council says 'Thank you'

To the Editor:

The Fisk Community Betterment Council wants to thank everyone that participated in the Fisk Fall Festival. Parade winners were: FFA, First Presbyterian Church and Class of 64. Decoration by Kathy Cunningham was beautiful. Workers Kim Diamond, Margie Loyd, Marva Lewis and all the boys that set up and took down was greatly appreciated.

Entertainment was a huge success thanks due to the many talented karaoke performers and the excellent management of Todd Schroder "Tunes-4-U". Young and old enjoyed a variety of songs and dancing. Bobby Pennell started the music by showing off his truly gifted voice!

We want to recognize the support of donors: Boyles Farm Service, K & J.s, Git n Go, Magees Farm Service, Angie's Salon, Morgan's Place, L & M Manufacturing, White Sanders Funeral Home, Bakers Implements, Greenway, Countryside Flowers, Orchelns Farm Store, Hobbs Nursery, Lewis Farm and Annette Lack. We also want to thank DAR for their continued support of our community. The Fisk Fall Festival is held every year on the 4th Saturday in September.
