Response to "Stop city tax Harassment"

Just to set the record straight, the city and the county can only collect past due taxes on personal property for five years. Real Estate taxes have no statue of limitations but can be sold for back taxes at the annual land sale after taxes have not been paid for two years. You can easily find this information out for yourself like I did online under Revised Missouri State Statutes. Your attorney is evidently clueless too if he told you three years is all that the city and/or county collectors can collect for past due taxes. So whatever beef you have with the city has nothing to do with past due taxes. I found your remarks short of slanderous and chocked full of errors and stupidity. What a waster of the paper it was written on.

Applaud the

right person

I went to the ribbon cutting yesterday at the new Broseley Senior Center. I was so ashamed of myself and the rest of you from the senior center. Everybody was patting everyone on the back who done so and so, but the one person that should have been recognized and wasn't was the lady who took over this center when it was going to be closed down, volunteering her time to keep this center going because if it wasn't for her love for us seniors the Broseley Senior Center wouldn't be here today. Think about it.

I just want to thank the DAR for placing a picture of the flag with the obituaries of the servicemen.

Hope for USA

Hey, I know I am not the only one calling you tonight. Did Romney deliver a home run or what? Hit it out of the park. That was a fantastic debate and Romney had it hands down. I just wanna say thank you there's hope for America. I think we should all be drivin' through town tonight, beeping our horns, waving our flags and saying, yes! We can do it. We can get America back. Thank you, Speak Out.
