rules unfair

Yes, I'm calling from Carter County. The SMTS buses that take you to shop says it's equal but its unfair because even if you have an income and are 60 you're not required to pay, but there are a few who do ride for free. But, I'm declared disabled and under 60 and I'm getting kicked off because I can't pay and I've got no other way to shop or anything like that. They say that they are people of all ages, but if they are, why do they treat me different? Over 60 with an income, it's up to you whether you pay or not. Under 60, disabled but you gotta pay and I got kicked off. It's just not fair. They need to treat everyone fair on the bus. They advertise for people of all ages. It's just not fair. They advertise transportation for people of all ages, but they are being discriminating about it. You have to be over 60 if you wanna ride free, but they say transportation for all ages. It's discriminatory. Somebody who don't have a disability over 60 can ride free, but somebody under 60 with a disability they can't. Over 60 you can ride free whether you have a disability or not. Poplar Bluff

I come through Poplar Bluff the other day. First time I've been back in 20 years. The streets are still rough as they was in all that town. It looks like the city fixing the chuck holes and these streets. It's terrible riding down the road. The streets just beat you to death. The ditches are full of trash and stuff. They look like they haven't touched the grass or nothing. The neighbors complain about the mosquitoes. Supposed to stay spraying for mosquitoes the first of May, but no spray truck, no nothing. Mosquitoes about to eat him up. Won't the city get off their "you know what" and get somethin' done about it.
