Judge Kacey Proctor sworn in

Butler County Prosecuting Attorney Kacey Proctor was sworn in Friday as the new presiding judge for the 36th Judicial Circuit, which includes Butler and Ripley counties. Outgoing Presiding Judge Mike Pritchett retired this month.
