The Neelyville R-IV Board of Education unanimously set the annual tax rate slightly higher than the previous year during its monthly meeting. The tax rate increased from 2.9650 to 2.9657 per $100 this year. According to Superintendent Brad Hagood, the district receives tax assessment values on real estate and personal property from Butler and Ripley Counties.
