The application deadline is approaching for the Paramedic program at Three Rivers College in Poplar Bluff. The application deadline for the Paramedic program is May 1. "We still have spaces in this year's cohort, but applicants will have to act quickly," said Tami Cunningham, EMS/Paramedic instructor for the college. Niswonger should know, he and his wife, Mable (Herren) Niswonger, have been married for 68 years. They were married April 16, 1948 in Corning, Ark.
