Sacred Heart Catholic School in Poplar Bluff recently celebrated Dr. Seuss' birthday by serving up green eggs and ham. The school's upper grades spend a portion of their school hours serving at the St. Vincent de Paul outreach and food pantry in Poplar Bluff.
