The submitted nominees will be narrowed down to 10 in August and highlighted in a special section published on August 12th.

The Top 10 finalists and their families will be honored at a special banquet on Thursday, August 17th at 6:00 p.m. at the Black River Coliseum, at which time a Difference Maker of the Year will be announced and awarded with a prize package.
