Frank Gunter

Rev. Frank Everett Gunter, 82, of Poplar Bluff passed away March 11, 2023, at General Baptist Nursing Home in Campbell, Missouri.

Frank was born July 19,1940, to Van and Janie Gunter in Rives, Missouri. He was preceded in death by wives, Clara Gunter, and Betty Gunter.

Frank was a pastor on KOKS Radio 89.5 FM in Poplar Bluff. He was also a veteran of the United States Army.

Frank is survived by children: Karen Eder, Cheryl Phillips, Steven Woods, Mike Duty, Randall Duty; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren; brothers: Steve and Terry Gunter; sisters: Vanessa Edmonds, Linda Lawson, Anita Gunter.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wives, son Ernest Duty, great-granddaughter Kylie Weaver, brother Morris Dean Gunter and sisters Kathy Stover and Vicki Clements

A memorial visitation will be from 11 a.m.-noon. Saturday March 25, 2023, at Cornerstone Tabernacle Church, 3516 N. Westwood Blvd. The memorial service will begin at noon.

Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
