The Dunklin County Sheriff's Department has issued an Endangered Person Advisory for a missing person incident that occurred at 38702 Highway WW, north of Campbell at 11 a.m. Thursday.
Mary Ruth Blevins, 50, is a white female, 5-4, 110 pounds with brown hair, blue eyes and wearing unknown clothing.
She was reportedly involved in a domestic dispute with Michael Skyler Kinder that involved weapons three days prior to her last contact with her mother.
Also be on the lookout for a black 2002 Ford Mustang with Missouri license plates RF1Z1G. The vehicle has a primer color hood. The location and direction of travel are unknown.
Kinde is a 29-year-old white male, 5-10, 185 pounds with brown hair, hazel eyes and wearing unknown clothing.
Anyone seeing Blevins, Kinder or the Mustang, or anyone having any information related to the endangered missing person should immediately dial 911 to contact the nearest law enforcement agency or call the Dunklin County Sheriff's Department at 573-888-2409.
