For default in the payment of interest and principal now due as provided by the note secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Cody O. Gentry, dated April 9, 2013, and recorded on April 10, 2013, in Book 1034 at Page 1876 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Butler County, Poplar Bluff, Missouri, conveying to Jasper N. Edmundson, Jr., of Poplar Bluff, Butler County, Missouri, Trustee, thereafter the undersigned, Kyle L. Warren, as appointed Successor Trustee dated October 4, 2021, and recorded on October 4, 2021, in Book 1042 at Page 6350 with the aforesaid Recorder of Deeds, and pursuant to the terms of the said Deed of Trust, the following-described real estate located in the County of Butler, State of Missouri, to-wit:
All of Lot Six (6) of Newkirk’s Subdivision of part of Lots 14 and 15 of Seifert Heights Subdivision of a Part of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 28 and part of the North Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 33, Township 25 North, Range 6 East as shown on the Plat of said Subdivision on file in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Butler County, Missouri.
The entire unpaid debt secured by said Deed of Trust having been declared due by the holder thereof, will at the request of the legal holder of said note on October 29, 2020, at 1:00 o’clock p.m., at the Butler County Courthouse, in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, sell said real estate at public venue to the highest bidder for cash, and to satisfy said debt and costs.
