For default in the payment of debt and performance of obligations secured by deed of trust executed by Jeff Till and Diane Camden, dated May 17, 2018, recorded in book 1039 page 2349 the undersigned successor trustee, at the request of the legal holder of said notes will on Thursday, March 11, 2021 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., (at the specific time of 4:15 pm), at the west front door of the Butler County courthouse, city of Poplar Bluff, County of Butler, state of Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash the following described real estate, described in said Deed of Trust, and situated in Butler County, state of Missouri, to wit:

All of Lot Thirteen (13) in block one (1) of the jolly-Randall re-subdivision of Lots 99, 100, 101, 102, 103, 104, 105 and 106 of the Jolly-Randall Re-subdivision of the Northeast Quarter of the southwest quarter and the northwest quarter of the southeast quarter and that part of the northwest quarter of the southwest quarter lying inside of the old fairgounds fence in section ten (10), township twenty-four (24) north, range six (6) east, Butler County, Missouri.

And whereas, Butler Company Title Company, the aforesaid trustee, has been removed and the undersigned, Thompson Law Firm has been appointed as Successor Trustee by an instrument in writing recorded at Book 1042, Page 726 of the deed records of Butler County, Missouri, as authorized in said deed of trust.

To satisfy said debt and costs.
