By virtue and authority of Execution No. 20-EXEC-7, issued from the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Butler County, Missouri, returnable on the 29th day of December, 2020, and to me, as Sheriff, directed and delivered, in favor of the Plaintiff above-named, and against the Defendant above-named, I have levied upon and seized all the right, title, interest, and estate of the Defendant, in and to the following described real estate, situate in the County of Butler and State of Missouri, to wit:
All of a strip of ground one hundred (100) feet wide off the South side of Lot 21 of the Poplar Bluff Land and Abstract Company Subdivision of the West half of the Southwest quarter of Section 35, Township 25 North, Range 6 East, EXCEPT, that part conveyed by deed recorded in Book 289 at Page 401 of the deed records of Butler County, Missouri.
All of 50 feet off the North side of Lot 22 of the Poplar Bluff Land and Abstract Company’s Subdivision of the West half of the Southwest quarter of Section 35, Township 25 North, Range 6 East, as shown by the plat of said Subdivision on file in the Recorder’s Office in said Butler County, Missouri.
And I will on the 30th day of October, 2020, at 1:00 in the afternoon of that day, at the Butler County Courthouse in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, sell at public venue, for ready cash, to the highest bidder, all the right, title, interest, and estate of the above-named Defendant, in and to the real estate, to satisfy the execution and costs.
