TRUSTEE’S

FORECLOSURE SALE

For default in the payment of interest and principal now due as provided by the note secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Glenda J. Evans, dated May 16, 2014, and recorded on May 20, 2014, in Book 1035 at Page 2376 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Butler County, Poplar Bluff, Missouri, conveying to Jasper N. Edmundson, Jr., of Poplar Bluff, Butler County, Missouri, Trustee, thereafter the undersigned, Kyle L. Warren, as appointed Successor Trustee dated March 20, 2020, and recorded on April 29, 2020, in Book 1041 at Page 2180 with the aforesaid Recorder of Deeds, and pursuant to the terms of the said Deed of Trust, the following-described real estate located in the County of Butler, State of Missouri, to wit:

All of that part of Lot Fourteen (14) in Block Two (2) of Lock-Loma Recreational Area as shown by the plat of same on file in the office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for said County, to-wit: Commencing at the Common Comer of Lots 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17; thence, North 19 degrees 19 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of 100.0 feet to an iron pin, said iron pin being the Point of beginning; thence, North 63 degrees 19 minutes 58 seconds West a distance of 233.53 feet to an iron pin on the Southeasterly right of way of a 50 foot roadway; thence, along and with said right of way the following courses and distances; thence, North 47 degrees 01 minute 54 seconds East a distance of 5.80 feet to a point; thence, North 36 degrees 17 minutes 15 seconds East a distance of 105.83 feet to an iron pin at the Northwesterly comer of said Lot 14; thence, South 73 degrees 45 minutes 06 seconds East along and with the Northeasterly line of Lot 14 a distance of 198.33 feet to an iron pin at the Northeasterly corner of said lot; thence, South 19 degrees 19 minutes 30 seconds West along and with the Southeasterly boundary of Lot 14 a distance of 146.85 feet to the Point of Beginning.

The entire unpaid debt secured by said Deed of Trust having been declared due by the holder thereof, will at the request of the legal holder of said note on July 17, 2020, at 1:00 o’clock p.m., at the Butler County Courthouse, in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, sell said real estate at public venue to the highest bidder for cash, and to satisfy said debt and costs.
