BRTC announces drop date extension, consideration of emergency grade option

Black River Technical College has announced an extension to the Spring 2020 drop date. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the last day students can drop a Spring 2020 class has been moved from April 10 to Friday, May 3, the last day of class before final exams start.

Moving the class drop date to May 3 allows students to have more time to decide if they are going to be successful in their class.

BRTC academic leadership and faculty also are working on an emergency pass/withdrawal grade option. More information about this option will be released after the plan has been evaluated and revised through all of the approval processes.

Students who decide to drop their class will do so on the BRTC portal.
