The successor trustee will on December 27, 2019 between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, more particularly at 11:00AM, at the West Front Door of the Butler County Courthouse, 100 N. Main Street, Poplar Bluff, Missouri sell at public venue to the highest bidder for cash (certified funds only), the following real estate:
ALL OF LOT 8 IN BLOCK 6 OF KITCHEN AND BARTLETT’S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF POPLAR BLUFF, BUTLER COUNTY, MISSOURI, AS SHOWN BY THE PLAT OF SAID ADDITION NOW ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE RECORDER OF DEEDS OF SAID COUNTY.
