A default has accrued on a certain note secured by a deed of trust executed by, Johnny K. Sweet, Sr. and Teresa L. Sweet dated 10/23/2017 and recorded on 10/30/2017 in Book 1038 Page 5451, in the Recorder’s office for Butler County, Missouri. The successor trustee will on December 20, 2019 between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, more particularly at 11:00AM, at the West Front Door of the Butler County Courthouse, 100 N. Main Street, Poplar Bluff, Missouri sell at public venue to the highest bidder for cash (certified funds only), the following real estate:
