MISSOURI STATE HIGHWAY PATROL

A 33-year-old Sikeston woman died of injuries she suffered in a one-vehicle crash at 5:30 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 10, on County Road 538, two miles east of Miner in Scott County.

According to the report, Ronnie L. Warning, 62, of Sikeston was operating a northbound 1998 Mazda pickup when his passenger, Samantha D. Wilkinson, exited the truck while in motion.

Wilkinson reportedly was run over by the trailer being pulled by Warning’s truck.

Wilkinson was taken by ambulance to Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston, where she was pronounced dead at 6:34 p.m. by a doctor there.

Wilkinson is the 47th fatality in Troop E this year.

A 68-year-old Pollard, Ark., man was injured in a one-vehicle crash at 8:39 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 10, at the intersection of Highway N and County Road 239, two miles south of Qulin.

According to the report, James E. Flanigan was operating a 2007 Chevrolet pickup northbound when it ran off the right side of the road and struck a utility pole and a farm implement.

Flanigan suffered minor injuries and was taken by ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center for treatment.

An 85-year-old Wappapello man was injured in a one-vehicle crash at 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 9, on Highway D at the Peoples Creek campground in Wayne County.

According to the report, Nathanael B. Deck was operating a 1986 Ford pickup northbound when he failed to negotiate a curve, which caused his truck to run off the right side of the road and overturn.

Deck suffered minor injuries and was taken by ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center for treatment.

STODDARD COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT

BLOOMFIELD — Lloyd Peridore Jr., 62, of Essex was booked at the Stoddard County Jail on a warrant for third-degree domestic assault and first-degree property damage. He was released on bond.

DEXTER POLICE DEPARTMENT

DEXTER — Adam Thurman of Dexter was arrested at 8:23 a.m. Friday, Nov. 8, on a warrant. He was booked at the Dexter City Jail and released on bond.

DEXTER — Charles Nelson of Dexter was arrested 8:23 a.m. Friday, Nov. 8, on a warrant. He was booked at the Dexter City Jail.

DEXTER — Crystal Isaac of Dexter was arrested at 1:48 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 7, on a warrant. She was booked at the Dexter City Jail.

DEXTER — Brandi Enderton of Bernie was arrested at 8:48 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 7, on a warrant. She was booked at the Dexter City Jail.

Butler County Sheriff

James David Bailey, 23, of the 300 block of Center Street was booked at the Butler County jail Sunday, Nov. 10, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He later was released.

Aaron Michael Braun, 17, of the 2200 block of Township Line Road was booked at the Butler County jail Saturday, Nov. 9, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault and minor in possession. He later was released.

Joshua Elwood Conn, 30, of St. Louis was booked at the Butler County jail Saturday, Nov. 9, on St. Charles County warrants for of driving while revoked/suspended, expired plates and a traffic offense and a failure to appear warrant for traffic offense.

Laurie Ann Hinsa, 57, of Qulin was booked into the Butler County jail Saturday, Nov. 9, to serve 48 hours of shock detention.

Nicholas Anthony Mazonis, 27, of the 100 block of Angelia Street was booked at the Butler County jail Saturday, Nov. 9, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault. He later was released.

Donald Ray Stanley, 67, of the 600 block of E Street was booked at the Butler County jail Saturday, Nov. 9, on a warrant for parole violation.

Joseph Corey Thompson, 40, of the 500 block of Seventh Street was booked at the Butler County jail Monday, Nov. 11, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

Poplar Bluff Police

Deseray Croom Catlett, 41, of the 1800 block of North 14th Street was arrested at 7:50 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 9, at the intersection of Kanell and Westwood boulevards on a Butler County warrant for no insurance, a Carter County warrant for larceny and three municipal failure to appear warrants for peace disturbance. Catlett was booked at the Butler County jail.

Jason Guy Henson, 45, of Doniphan was arrested at 8:06 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 9, at the intersection of Kanell and Westwood boulevards on a warrant for parole violation. He was booked at the Butler County jail.

Spencer Gregory Carda, 24, of the 1200 block of Barron Road was arrested at 11 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 9, at his residence on a warrant for parole violation on an original stolen property charge. He was booked at the Butler County jail.

Cornelius Wendell Bush, 45, no address listed, was arrested at 8:35 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 10, in the 1400 block of Tremont Street on a municipal failure to appear warrant for resisting arrest and a Butler County warrant for possession of a controlled substance. He was booked at the Butler County jail.

Matthew Wayne Hemby, 30, who listed Advance and Poplar Bluff addresses, was arrested at 11:25 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 10, in the 2800 block of North Westwood Boulevard on suspicion of property damage. He was booked at the Butler County jail.

Kristen Jean Montgomery, 30, of the 1100 block of North Main Street was arrested at 7:45 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 10, at her residence on a warrant for parole violation. She was booked at the Butler County jail.

Miranda Jo Gregory, 37, of the 1800 block of County Road 450 was arrested at 12:10 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 10, at Ringo Ford on Highway 160 on a municipal failure to appear warrant for driving while revoked and a Cape Girardeau County failure to appear warrant for a drug violation. She was booked at the Butler County jail.

Cindy Lynn Carter, 41, of the 500 block of North C Street was arrested at 9:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 9, near the intersection of Moran and Cherry streets on three municipal failure to appear warrants for stealing, state license plate required and no proof of insurance and a Dexter municipal warrant for shoplifting. She was booked at the Butler County jail.

Reed P. Montgomery of the 5700 block of Lakeshore Drive reported his vehicle was entered between 9:45 p.m. Friday, Nov. 8, and 7 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 9, and a prescription medication stolen.

Daniel Dennis Miller of the 1400 block of Vine Street reported Sunday, Nov. 10, that his 1999 Ford Taurus was entered and a tool box containing assorted tools was stolen.

Brittnie N. Brown of the 1900 block of Westmoor reported at about 9 a.m. Friday, Nov. 8, that her vehicle had been entered and a diaper bag and her wallet containing such items as her driver’s license and food and Social Security cards were stolen.

According to the report, a Ford Escape, owned by Melissa Ann Bishop of the 1900 block of Westmoor, also was entered, but nothing appeared to be missing.

Christina Fisk of the 2800 block of North 14th Street also reported her vehicle was rummaged through. Mail, a credit card and sweatshirt were stolen from her vehicle.

Fisk’s credit card subsequently was used without her authorization.

The investigating officer found some of her mail near the intersection of Sunset Drive and Old Orchard Road.
