Default having been made in the Note described in and secured by a Deed of Trust executed by JAMES C. WEST and JANICE L. WEST, husband and wife dated August 18, 2008, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds, Butler County, Missouri, in Book 1029 at Page 4622, and conveying to John F. Scott, Trustee, the following described property commonly known as 1027 County Road 448, Poplar Bluff, Missouri, further described as follows, to wit:
All of that part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 36, Township 25 North, Range 5 East of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Butler County, Missouri, described as follows: The point of Beginning being the Southwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of Section 36; thence, South 88º 39’ East along and with the South line of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter a distance of 471.3 feet; thence, North 01º 23’ East a distance of 1313.2 feet to the North line of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; thence, North 89º 09’ West along and with said North line a distance of 471.3 feet to the Northwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; thence, South 01º 23’ West along and with the West line of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter a distance of 1309.1 feet to the Point of Beginning and containing 14.2 acres, being the same property as described as Tract 1 in the Survey by Smith & Company dated 12-15-1993 as Job No. 2-93486 a copy of which was recorded 01-20-1994 in Book 11, Page 39, in the Butler County Land Records.

At the request of the legal holder of said Note and accordance with the provisions of said Deed of Trust, the undersigned Trustee will on Wednesday, October 30, 2019, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., specifically at 1:00 p.m., sell the property at public venue to the highest bidder for cash at the west front door of the Butler County Courthouse in the City of Poplar Bluff, Butler County, Missouri, to satisfy said Note and costs.
