Default having been made in the Note described in and secured by a Deed of Trust executed by JOHN L. ROMO, a single person, dated February 29, 2012, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds, Butler County, Missouri, in Book 1033 at Page 1072, and conveying to John F. Scott, Successor Trustee, the following described property located in Butler County, Missouri, commonly known as 2143 Inman Road, Poplar Bluff, Missouri, further descibed as follows to wit:
All of Lot Ten (10) in Bluff Estates Fourth Subdivision in the City of Poplar Bluff, Butler County, Missouri, as shown on the plat of said subdivision on file in the office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Butler County, Missouri.
At the request of the legal holder of said Note and in accordance with the provisions of said Deed of Trust, the undersigned Successor Trustee will on Friday, October 25, 2019, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., specifically at 1:00 p.m., sell the property at public venue to the highest bidder for cash at the west front door of the Butler County Courthouse in the City of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, to satisfy said Note and costs.
