TRUSTEE’S SALE

For default in the payment of debt secured by deed of trust executed by , Keith D. Gray dated the 8th day of July 2013, recorded Book 1034 at Page 3632, in the office of the recorder of deeds for Butler County, Missouri, the undersigned successor trustee, Luke M. Henson, will on October 23, 2019, at 1:00 o’clock p.m., at the West front door of the Butler County Circuit Courthouse in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, sell at public venue to the highest bidder for cash equivalent:

All of Lot 35 of H.I. Ruth’s Subdivision of Lot 16, 17, and 18 of Miller Addition to the town, now City of Poplar Bluff, Butler County, Missouri as shown by the plat of said addition and subdivision on file in the office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for said County and State, also the following described real estate, to wit: Beginning at the Northeast (NE) corner of Lot 35, thence running South to the Southeast corner of Lot 35; thence East parallel with the North line of Lot 33 19 ˝ feet; thence North parallel with the West line of Lot 33 to the North line of Lot 33; thence West on the North line of Lot 33 to a point of beginning in H.I. Ruth Subdivision of Miller Addition to the town of Poplar Bluff, Butler County, Missouri, as the same appears on the plat of said addition on file in the Recorder’s Office in said County and State.

AND All of Lot 33 of H.I. Ruth’s Subdivision of Lot 16, 17, and 18 of Miller Addition to the Town, now City of Poplar Bluff, Butler County, Missouri, as shown by the plat of said Subdivision on file in the office of the Recorder of Deeds described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast (NE) corner of Lot 35 and running thence South to the Southeast (SE) corner of Lot 35; thence East parallel with the North line of Lot 33, 19 ˝ feet to the Point of Beginning to the tract of land herein conveyed; thence East parallel with the North line 30 ˝ feet; thence North parallel with the West line of Lot 33 to the North line of Lot 33; thence West on the North line of Lot 33, 30 ˝ feet; thence South parallel with the West line of Lot 33 to the Point of Beginning.

EXCEPT: All of that part of vacated Ninth Street and the South 10.0 feet of Lot 35 in H.I. Ruth’s Subdivision as conveyed to Minnie Anderson in a Quit Claim Deed recorded in Book 634 at Page 829 in the Butler County Recorder’s Office.

To satisfy said debt and costs.
