For default in the payment of debt and performance of obligations secured by deed of trust executed by Brevity Enterprises, LLC, dated August 8, 2014, recorded in Book 1035 at Page 3966 in the office of the recorder of deeds for Butler County, Missouri, the undersigned trustee will on Friday, October 4, 2019, at 10:00 a.m., at the West front door of the Butler County Courthouse in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash:

Tract 1:

All of Lot 3 in John P. Kearbey’s Addition to the City of Poplar Bluff, Butler County, Missouri.

Tract 2:

All of lot 8 in Block 4 of Dunford’s Addition to the City of Poplar Bluff, Butler County, Missouri, as shown by the plat of same now on file in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Butler County, Missouri.

to satisfy said debt and costs.
