WHEREAS, Charles M. Jones, a single person, by a certain Deed of Trust dated June 9, 2016, and recorded in Book 1037 at Page 2873, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Butler County, Missouri, did convey to Scott A. Robbins, as Trustee, the following described real estate located in County, Missouri, to-wit:
All that part of Lot 1 of the Northeast Quarter of Section 2, Township 25
North, Range 6 East of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Butler County, Missouri, which is described as follows: From the Southeast corner of said Lot 1 of the Northeast Quarter, measure North 00° 33’ East along and with the East line of said Lot 1 a distance of 601.4 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence, continue North 00° 33’ East along and with said East line a distance of 267.6 feet; thence, North 89° 27’ West a distance of 804.3 feet to the East Right-of-
Way line of Baskey Road (County Road 543); thence, South 24° 13’ East along and with East Right-of-Way line a distance of 216.5 feet; thence, South 83° 46’ East a distance of 717.1 feet to the Point of Beginning.
which conveyance was made in trust to secure the payment of a certain Promissory Note
of even date with said Deed of Trust and therein particularly described;
WHEREAS, default has been made and still continues in the payment of said Promissory Note in accordance with the true tenor thereof. NOW, THEREFORE, at the request of the legal holder of said Note and Deed of
Trust and in accordance with the provisions of said Deed of Trust, the above-described
property will be sold at public sale by the Trustee on October 2, 2019, at 1:00 O’clock P.M. at the West door of the Butler County Courthouse in Poplar Bluff, Missouri to the highest bidder for cash to satisfy said debt and the costs of executing this Deed of Trust and
holding the foreclosure sale.
