Default having been made in the payment of that certain note secured by Deed of Trust executed by Mary B. Collins, a single person, dated November 18, 2004 and recorded on December 3, 2004 in Book 1025, Page 7876, as Document No. 20048623, Office of Recorder of Deeds, Butler County, Missouri. The Successor Trustee will on September 27, 2019, between the hours of 9:00 o’clock A.M. and 5:00 P.M. more particularly at 11:00AM, at the Butler County Courthouse, 100 North Main, West Front door, Poplar Bluff, MO 63901, sell at public venue to the highest bidder for cash, the following real estate:

All of that part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 13, Township 23 North, Range 7 East of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Butler County, Missouri, described as follows:

From the Southwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, measure South 89 degrees 17’48” East, along and with the South line of the Southwest Quarter, a distance of 35.0 feet; thence North a distance of 20.0 feet to the East right-of-way line of Missouri State Highway 51 and the North right-of-way line of County Road for a point of beginning; thence, continue North, along and with the East right-of-way line of Missouri State Highway 51, a distance of 160.0 feet; South 89 degrees 17’48” East a distance of 272.3 feet; thence, South a distance of 160.0 feet to the North right-of-way line of the County Road; thence, North 89 degrees 17’48” West, along and with the North right-of-way line, a distance of 272.3 feet to the point of beginning.
