Separate sealed bids for the Baugh Lane Water Tower Demolition, to serve the City of Poplar Bluff will be received by William Bach at Poplar Bluff Municipal Utilities, 1902 Sunset Drive, Poplar Bluff, MO 63901, until 10:00 A.M., on October 9, 2019, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
The project shall consist of the removal and disposal of the 100,000-gallon elevated water storage tower located at the intersection of Baugh Lane and Barron Road in Poplar Bluff, MO.

Bid Results will be posted online by 5:00 P.M. the following day. You may also call our office and request a faxed copy after the date specified above.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. Each Bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the bid opening.
The Sponsor hereby notifies all bidders that this contract is subject to applicable labor laws, non-discrimination provisions, wage rate laws and other federal laws including the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938. The Work Hours Act of 1962 and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 also apply.
