Default having been made in the Note described in and secured by a Deed of Trust executed by ZOLA J. WHITE, a single person, dated January 30, 2014, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds, Butler County, Missouri, in Book 1035 at Page 570, and conveying to John F. Scott, Successor Trustee, the following described property located in Butler County, Missouri, commonly known as 927 Kendall Drive, Poplar Bluff, Missouri, further described as follows, to wit:
All of Lot 11 in Block 20 of Gerald L. Saracini’s Subdivision of Lots or Block 20, 26, 27, 28 and 30 lying East of Old Highway 67, now South 11th Street, of Missouri and Southwestern Land Company’s Resubdivision of Miller’s Addition to the City of Poplar Bluff, Butler County, Missouri.

At the request of the legal holder of said Note and accordance with the provisions of said Deed of Trust, the undersigned Successor Trustee will on Friday, August 2, 2019, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., specifically at 1:00 p.m., sell the property at public venue to the highest bidder for cash at the west front door of the Butler County Courxthouse in the City of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, to satisfy said Note and costs.
