The following cases were recently acted upon in Circuit Court, Criminal Division.

Larry D. Scott of the 900 block of 10th Street pleaded guilty May 28 to the Class D felony of possession of a controlled substance.

The court suspended the imposition of his sentence and placed him on five years’ supervised probation.

The court ordered he pay $46 to the Crime Victims’ Fund (CVF) and $300 to the Butler County Law Enforcement Restitution Fund.

---Douglas O. Gatewood of Independence, Mo., was sentenced May 28 after earlier admitting to violating his probation on the Class E felony of non-support.

The court revoked his probation and ordered the execution of his previously suspended four-year sentence in the Missouri Department of Corrections.


William Travis Lott of New Madrid, Mo. pleaded guilty May 28 to the Class D felony of possession of a controlled substance.

The court suspended the imposition of his sentence and placed him on five years’ supervised probation.

The court ordered he pay $46 to the CVF and $300 to the Butler County Law Enforcement Restitution Fund and complete 100 hours of community service.


Angela M. Reeder of St. Louis was granted a change of venue May 28 to Stoddard County on the Class D felony of possession of a controlled substance.


Shawn Torres Vega of the 800 block of South Ninth Street pleaded guilty May 28 to the Class D felony of possession of a controlled substance.

The court suspended the imposition of his sentence and placed him on five years’ supervised probation.

The court ordered he pay $46 to the CVF and $300 to the Butler County Law Enforcement Restitution Fund and complete 100 hours of community service.


Selena Ray Weaver of the 2600 block of Highway 53 pleaded guilty May 28 to the Class D felony of possession of a controlled substance.

The court suspended the imposition of her sentence and placed her on five years’ supervised probation.

The court ordered she pay $46 to the CVF and $300 to the Butler County Law Enforcement Restitution Fund and complete 100 hours of community service.


Joshua Leon Rohan of the 1000 block of Franklin Street pleaded guilty May 28 to the Class D felony of possession of a controlled substance.

The court sentenced him to seven years in the Missouri Department of Corrections, with suspended execution of his sentence, and placed him on five years’ supervised probation.

The court ordered he pay $46 to the CVF and $300 to the Butler County Law Enforcement Restitution Fund and complete 100 hours of community service.


Dorothy Marie Sales/Eskridge of the 400 block of Highway 53 was granted a change of venue June 3 to Stoddard County on the Class D felony of stealing.


Robert William Arnold II, no address listed, pleaded guilty June 4 to the Class E felony of driving while revoked.

The court sentenced him to four years in the Missouri Department of Corrections and ordered the sentence to run concurrently with any other sentence he currently is serving. The court also ordered he pay $46 to the CVF.


William Frank Beggs of the 300 block of South B Street admitted violating his probation June 4 on the Class E felony of stealing.

The court revoked his probation and ordered the execution of his previously suspended four-year sentence in the Missouri Department of Corrections.


Darryl Wayne King of Broseley pleaded guilty June 4 to the Class A misdemeanors of driving while revoked and resisting arrest.

The court sentenced him to 10 days in the Butler County jail. He was to surrender June 10 and was given credit for five days. The court also ordered he pay $10 to the CVF.


Sean Bradley Dale O’Kelley of the 1100 block of Mary Street was sentenced June 4 after earlier being found in violation of his probation.

The court revoked his probation and ordered the execution of his previously suspended four-year sentence in the Missouri Department of Corrections.


Jennifer Lynn Scarlet of the 400 block of Main Street admitted violating her probation June 4 on the Class E felony of stealing.

The court revoked her probation and sentenced her to two years in the Missouri Department of Corrections.


Mark Anthony Stigall of Steele, Mo. admitted violating his probation June 4 on the Class B felony of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.

The court revoked his probation and ordered the execution of his previously suspended 10-year sentence in the Missouri Department of Corrections.


Steven Counts of Wappapello pleaded guilty June 18 to the Class D felony of possession of a controlled substance.

The court sentenced him to five years in the Missouri Department of Corrections and ordered the sentence to run concurrently with any other sentence he currently is serving. The court also ordered he pay $46 to the CVF.


Curtis S. Gordon of the 1500 block of Alice Street pleaded guilty June 18 to the Class D felony of possession of a controlled substance.

The court suspended the imposition of his sentenced and placed him on five years’ supervised probation.

The court ordered he pay $46 to the CVF and $300 to the Butler County Law Enforcement Restitution Fund.


Dalton Lee Hefner of the 1000 block of County Road 523 pleaded guilty June 18 to the Class E felony of first-degree stalking.

The court suspended the imposition of his sentence and placed him on five years’ supervised probation.

The court ordered he pay $46 to the CVF and $300 to the Butler County Law Enforcement Restitution Fund.


Nathaniel R. Burrow of Piggott, Ark., pleaded guilty June 18 to the Class D felony of possession of a controlled substance.

The court sentenced him to seven years in the Missouri Department of Corrections, with suspended execution of the sentence, and placed him on five years’ supervised probation.

The court ordered he pay $46 to the CVF and $300 to the Butler County Law Enforcement Restitution Fund and complete 100 hours of community service.


Marshall L. Jones of O’Fallon, Mo. pleaded guilty June 18 to the Class D felony of first-degree tampering with a motor vehicle.

The court sentenced him to seven years in the Missouri Department of Corrections and ordered he pay $46 to the CVF.


Austin Michael Miller of the 1500 block of North Grand Avenue pleaded guilty June 18 to the Class D felony of possession of a controlled substance.

The court ordered he pay $46 to the CVF and $300 to the Butler County Law Enforcement Restitution Fund.


William Wineke of the 600 block of Kinzer Street pleaded guilty June 18 to the Class E felony of failure to register as a sex offender.

The court sentenced him to two years in the Missouri Department of Corrections and ordered it to be serve concurrently with any other sentence he currently is serving. The court also ordered he pay $46 to the CVF.


Cheyenne Zitnak of the 4000 block of County Road 450 was granted a change of venue June 18 to Dunklin County on the Class A felony of abuse or neglect of a child and the Class B felony of first-degree sexual abuse.


Brandy Lynn Beck of the 1100 block of Hickory Street admitted violating her probation June 18 on the Class D felony of possession of a controlled substance.

The court revoked her probation and ordered the execution of her previously suspended seven-year sentence in the Missouri Department of Corrections.


Steven Ray Reynolds of the 400 block of Short A Street was sentencing June 18 after earlier admitting to violating his probation on the Class C felony of possession of a controlled substance and pleading guilty to the Class D felony of second-degree burglary.

The court revoked his probation and ordered the execution of his previously suspended seven-year sentence in the Missouri Department of Corrections.

The court also sentenced him to seven years in prison on the burglary charge and ordered Reynolds’ sentences to be served concurrently. The court also ordered he pay $46 to the CVF.


Shawn E. Tutor of the 500 block Oak Street pleaded guilty June 8 to the Class B felony of possession with intent to distribute.

The court sentenced Tutor to nine years in the Missouri Department of Corrections and ordered the sentence to be served concurrently with any other sentence Tutor currently is serving. The court also ordered he pay $46 to the CVF.
