Friends of Library: Thanks for support in Edible Book Contest

The board members of Friends of the Poplar Bluff Public Library, Inc. would like to thank all those who participated with entries, supported with viewing, and just showed interest in our first Incredible, Edible Book Contest.

Thank you to the following schools: PBJHS, PBHS, and Sacred Heart School. Plus, a special thank you to Diana Frazier, Brandon Francis, and Jennie Randolph for your support.

We hope to entice other businesses next year, but we so thank our sole business entry Treasure Island by Tosha Roberts from Donut House Bakery and Deli.

To the club entries, especially Monday Literary Club, P.E.O. Chapter MF, and Book-It Club, we thank you for your fantastic edible books!

The staff at Poplar Bluff Municipal Library is always ready and willing to help; thank you! One more person needs recognition and thanks. Mary Metzing of Rustic with Class in Fairdealing, Mo., your donations were greatly appreciated!
