For default in the payment of debt secured by a deed of trust executed by Lisa A Wilson and David P Wilson, dated February 22, 2017, and recorded on February 24, 2017, Document No. 20171061, in Book No. 1038, at Page 937 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds, Butler County, Missouri, the undersigned Successor Trustee will on April 12, 2019, at 1:00 PM, at the West Front Door of the Butler County Courthouse, Poplar Bluff, Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash:

All of Lot Four (4) of Lake Road Subdivision of a part of the Southwest Quarter of section Thirty-two (32), Township Twenty-five (25) North, Range Seven (7) East, as shown by the plat of same on file in the office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Butler County, Missouri.
