A default has accrued on a certain note secured by a deed of trust executed by, Allen L. Kanell and Shawna L. Kanell dated 11/16/2007 and recorded on 11/27/2007 in Book 1028 Page 7079, in the Recorder’s office for Butler County, Missouri. The successor trustee will on April 4, 2019 between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, more particularly at 11:00 AM, at the West Front Door of the Butler County Courthouse, 100 N. Main Street, Poplar Bluff, Missouri sell at public venue to the highest bidder for cash (certified funds only), the following real estate:
