Johnson, dated April 22, 2016, and recorded on April 26, 2016, Document No. 20162318, in Book No. 1037, at Page 2003 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds, Butler County, Missouri, the undersigned Successor Trustee will on April 1, 2019, at 1:00 PM, at the West Front Door of the Butler County Courthouse, Poplar Bluff, Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash:

All that part of the West half of the Northwest Quarter of Section Ten (10), Township Twenty-three (23) North, Range Five (5) East, that lies in the Southwest corner of said West half of the Northwest quarter described as follows: Beginning at an iron pin on the right-of-way line 2640 feet South of the center line of Highway 158, also 21 feet and 8 inches South of the Southwest corner of the base of a Fina sign; from said iron pin North with the right-of-way line of Highway 67, 335 1/2 feet; thence with a wire fence 612 feet East to a white oak tree 36 inches in diameter; thence South 330 1/2 feet to a white oak tree 9 inches in diameter; thence West 602.5 feet to the point of beginning.
