Speak Out 6/24/18

Yeah, I like to put this in Speakout and I like to know why the people can't use Ray Clinton Park across the river over there. They keep the gates locked on it all time. You can't go through it, but your tax dollars is paying for it and city won't let you go use it and everthing. I think the people ought to get together and tear that gate down over there so we can use that park or quit paying taxes on it one. They ought to do something with the park. Only time you get in there, we own the park, is fourth of July. After that the gates is closed. You can't go through it. And at taxpayer's expense to keep it up. I'd like to know what the city's doing with the money that pays taxes on it. Putting it in their pockets. Thank you for Speakout.
