Making it safe

Yes, I am a walker of the cemetery and the park and I want to thank whoever's idea it was to connect the park to the cemetery and shuttin' down that one-way street. Many times I have come very close to gettin' hit by speeding cars coming off of Gray St. onto that one-way. I just want to thank the city for fixing that and I hope they continue to block off that one-way. Thank you.

Help please

Yes, I got an electric bill of $277.07 and I live in government housing and everybody else's bill is about $120 or around that. And I don't see why mine is so high. I'm the only one with electrical problems here in housing --the plug-ins are loose --one of my plugs catched on fire. I've had my breaker box had to be replaced twice. Like they blame my stuff instantly before they check it out. I have a problem with housing and their electric and my bill now because of them. Please . . . help, please.
