Crappie fishing

law not working

New crappie fishing laws. Forget crappie fishing at Lake Wappapello, and below the spillway.

The chance of catching a nine inch crappie in Lake Wappapello, and below the spillway is next to impossible.

We take a chance of getting arrested by the friendly game warden.

I am a senior citizen. In my younger days in high school at daybreak I could catch my limit of crappie (9) clean them and be in school by 8 a.m.

Old age. The expense and risk makes my crappie fishing days only a memory.

Return the crappies fishing laws back to the good old days.

The new crappie laws are not working.

This senior citizen still has his crappie pole.

Bring back the

farmers market

Was wondering why the farmers were run out of the Coliseum parking lot last summer. There were making a few dollars and we were getting fresh fruit and vegetables for our home and family. Any time Poplar Bluff gets something we like, they do away with it. Have you any idea what their fruit and vegetables would be like a week old.

We sure would like to see them back daily. They try to run those off parking out of town. Also I think the city needs to find this person a new job!

Poplar Bluff a

close second?

Probably Flint, Michigan, has the most slum and abandoned houses in the United States. Poplar Bluff is in second place. Clean up this mess. Thank you.
