$750K is a

lot of cabbage

I noticed in the paper a couple of times that the Qulin Nutrition Center down there they've got a building they've had since 1940 and they've been cooking meals out of that. Now they're gonna spend $750,000 to build another building so they can cook out of it. Couldn't they find another building somewhere for that? Rather than spend $750,000. That's a lot of cabbage! Bet they put more cabbage on plates than anything else. That's a lot of cabbage. (Laughter). I think they can find some meat and potatoes and other things to spend that money on and that would be a lot of money that they could spend on food to give away to poor people who need it. I think shame on somebody for spending $750,000 on another building when the one they've got is doing the job or they could get a different building. There's a lot of old buildings around Poplar Bluff and East Butler County.

Where is freedom

of speech?

If Speak Out is a form of freedom of speech then why doesn't anything that's called in get printed?
